Cancel your subscription
Subscriptions are managed by the store you subscribed through. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Cutti → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cutti → Cancel.
Restore purchases
If you switch phones or reinstall the app, sign in with the same account and tap “Restore purchases” in Cutti's settings.
Refunds
Payments are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are requested from them: at reportaproblem.apple.com if you paid on iPhone, or through Google Play if you paid on Android.
